Ingredients

  •          Teriyaki sauce - 2 to 3 cups
  •          Soy sauce - 1 to 2 cups
  •          Brown sugar - 1 to 2 cups
  •          Worcestershire sauce
  •          Fresh peeled pineapples
  •          Garlic cloves
  •          2 pounds beef round, cut into 1/2-inch thick strips

Directions to prepare

  •          Mix teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and other ingredients in a bowl
  •          Take peeled pineapples and garlic and, using a blender, mix them well.
  •        Mix the sauces with the marinade, put them into a sealed plastic bag, and store them in the refrigerator for around 5 to 7 hours.
  •          Please take the beef from the sealed plastic bag, and let it drain, thereby discarding the marinade.
  •          Preheat the smoker from around 225 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  •          Smoke the drained meat until it becomes dry and chewy. Store in refrigerator for around 5-7 hours
