 Well, I was myself an enormous fan of beef jerky since my school days and during the winter season, this snack scored high for being present on our breakfast table almost every day. My mom would make it in batches so that even my cousins who used to visit us during Christmas Holidays can enjoy the homemade jerky. Over time, things changed, we left our homes to build a life, a good career and it became tough to manage time for visiting home for holidays. Now, we do call our parents to our place and celebrate the holidays with the same all-time favorite snack. List of Ingredients: The main ingredient is meat. You cannot make the jerky without meat stripes. You have to get the finest quality cured meat of your choice. Some people love Deer, some prefer steak whereas some like beef. Generally, people recommend lean meat, no matter which source you choose. You should cut the fat off because any large lump of fat will change the whole taste and those who prefer to stay low on carbs will not enjoy the snack. So, always take the low-fat lean meat which can be easily sliced into slim strips.

You can choose the sauce of your choice like I pick soy sauce with black pepper, onion and ginger powder, liquid smoke, and seasoned salt.
