Sriracha Beef Jerky - The Recipe

Ingredients - Sriracha beef jerky recipe

·         Brown sugar (3 tbsp)

·         Kosher salt ( 1 1/2 ounce)

·         Freshly ground pepper (1 1/2 tbsp)

·         Garlic powder (4 tbsp)

·         Sirloin tips, eye round, fat trimmed, and sliced meat up to 1/4 inch thick. It should be in a total of 4 pounds

·         Worcestershire sauce (5 tbsp)

·         Sriracha sauce (homemade or store-bought, 4 tbsp)

·         Soy sauce (1/2 tbsp)

Directions to prepare Sriracha beef jerky recipe

1. First of all, take a small bowl

2. Combine all the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix them well.

3. Take the sirloin tips and put them in a food-safe large container. Then rub it will a mixture of spices.

4. Take the bowl with a dry ingredients mixture, and combine Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha sauce, and soy sauce. Mix them well.

5. Add sirloin tips with the mixture and make sure it is covered with the mixture.

6. Cover with plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

7. Now, take the meat out and keep it on the dehydrator rack. Please make sure that the slices dont touch each other, or else they won't dehydrate properly.

8. Take the jerky and let it dry at a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Rotate the rack every 30 minutes from top to bottom. Make sure to check that the meat becomes dark brown and shiny. 

9. Let the dehydrator continue and check the meat after 3 hours.

10. Now, it is time that you got the Sriracha beef jerky ready.
